US MODULAR SYSTEMS, LLC is a USA small business that designs, manufactures and installs Modular Building Systems based on a standard Flatpack module.





The Flatpack modular building is an 8 ft x 20 ft prefabricated building that can be disassembled and shipped stacked 4-high, or 8 to a truck, then assembled on site (up to three tall) for temporary offices, living quarters, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. Modular buildings can be created in almost any configuration based on the 8x20 ft “building block”.

(3 floors), showers and toilets, stores and schools.

Modular structures from US Modular Systems can be flatpacked to reduce transportation cost and are easy to built and install on site. These plug and play buildings require only plumbing and electrical connections to be established before they can be used.

Our modular structures are also flexible enough to cope with the potential growth of any installation. The buildings are truly modular, and other buildings can be joined together later to create larger open plan spaces, placed on top or at the sides of existing structures.

US Modular Systems designs and supplies a total package. Integrated walkways, corridors, staircases and secondary roofing will enhance and complete your facility. These system components are delivered fully pre-configured to reduce on-site construction times and to minimize logistical complexity.
